If the product you have purchased from Village Fruits Mt Eliza is damaged, poor quality or inedible, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method, exchange the product or provide you with a store credit.
We kindly request that the customer provides us with written evidence or details that confirm the purchase (such as a receipt/tax invoice) within 2 days of purchasing the product.
